Hi everyone, I'm preparing for my second interview at an English First location, which is set to take place in a few hours. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what to expect from this second interview? How will it compare to the first in terms of content and duration?

A Chinese school that does second interviews?

I'd expect the second interview to be as much of a farce as a first one and celebrate the fact that you got a job should you accept it.

From what I know, each branch of an academy is different. IIRC, some academies just pay the big fish to use their brand name so long as they fulfill certain conditions the big academy has.

EF has a mixed reputation on this forum.
Some people say it is good, and some people say it is pure hell.
Most of the locations are franchises.
Have you done any research on this particular location ?
If they are asking for a second interview, then you probably have the job.
I am under the impression that is not that difficult to get a job with most of their locations.
