Does anybody have information about cities on the West Coast (pacific) with teaching opportunities?

Anything you can share would be useful.

Any of the larger places will have teaching opportunities. But there is generally a lot of competition with fairly low wages.
What experience or creditials do you have? In the state of Oaxaca there are jobs at the Universidad del Mar and Universidad del Istmo. This second one is not on the coast, but not too terribly far from the coast. You can run a search on this forum for information about those two places.

In my experience usually highly sought after schools want prior experience teaching in Mexico.
It also helps if you know someone for connections.

If you speak Spanish schools may be interested in Ensenada may be interested.

Its not the high seasons for hiring right now.
But, sending off a resume and getting some communication started is always good.
Then many people arrive in person to talk to schools.
