Hey guys,
I'm new here, so I appreciate all the interesting stuff I have been reading lately.
Iam 26, have a bachelor's in business, a few years working experience, and have recently just completed my 150 hour online TESOL course (although it was with Global Leadership College & don't know how quality their rep. is). I am moving to Costa Rica in less than 2 months. I think that teaching corporate businessmen would be more up my alley than a traditional school. I have heard these companies that have English classes for businessmen pay better, have a more flexible schedule, and have benefits like free Spanish lessons. Do any of you guys know which companies I'm referring to?
Another question - I need to live somewhere obviously. I know some jobs group English teachers together for living situations, but I would ideally like to live with a Tican family. I think it would be more of a local experience, plus I could practice Spanish at home. Are there any resources I should be checking out to discover host-families? Do any of you have any leads for me through locals and/or previous experiences?
Thanks for all your help!
