Sorry that I can't help; am not available this week.
However, I think it's a RED FLAG that the school which is employing you is not taking care of this; if they are willing to employ you, they should certainly be willing to trust you with a short-term loan. If you have a relationship of trust with anyone in the country, assuming that you do not have friends or family here, it should be the school. |

the weird thing is my school is amazingly nice. they've done a lot for me. i don't think it's that they don't want to help me. i think it's that they can't. maybe worried about legality?
anyway, i have it sorted again. at first the embassy said it needed to be an original copy, but they've settled for an email copy. i should once again be ok... fingers crossed |
