Hey, I need to know a little about some things regarding Taiwan. I'm coming to Taiwan in August, and want to know the following.

1) What's the exchange rate in US dollars of roughly NT65,000 per month?
2) How are the kids, or how is it teaching Taiwanese kids?
3) Is the smog in Taipei really that bad?
4) Where's the best area to find a place of your own?
5)Is SARS still around?
