I'm surprised that there's been no mention of the shooting at SDT Riyadh on Wed. 12/3/14.

Apparently a teacher (Technical), British, was shot by a disgruntled student.

The teacher is now out of ICU. The shooter was apprehended.

Probably because no one's heard or read about it. This story doesn't seem to have been posted in any of the country's online news sites. What's your source?

I know someone who works for BAE who showed me a company sms referring to the incident. I then spoke to someone else who works for SDT who confirmed it.

That was in 2003---11 years ago. This new alleged incident doesn't appear to have made the news.

No, that particular fatal shooting was in 2003; Robert Dent, a BAE employee, was the victim in that incident.

That's attempted murder. You can have your head removed for that here, can't you? Isn't there a legal system in place where the victim has a say in whether or not the perpetrator can or can't lose his head? I would say remove it at once and set an example for anyone else who has similar intentions.

I just searched on news.google.com, and this turned up (though it was the only hit):
