None whatsoever here either. It is kind of challenging as a newbie, but only in the sense of 'where the hell do I start?' The classes are so mixed that it's difficult to have meaningful activities, so I basically think of a couple topics each week and come up with some discussion questions. Sometimes I'll mix it up with group work or have them write dialogues and practice in front of the class. It's not really building many language skills (which I'm not that satisfied with), but at least more than half of them are talking. I correct them after they speak but I think they're just happy that I managed to understand what they say and don't really hear the feedback.

/also rambling

Sometimes I wonder if anybody even knows I'm here until they pay me every month.

I get observed once a semester, that's it. And I fill out my grades and hand them in.

The department secretary generally seems to be the only person who knows what's going on.
