Hi all..
I have been in China now over 10 years this month.
I am tossing in my towel.
I wish all you good luck in your time in China.
It's time for me to go home. |

That's quite a stint.
Mind expanding your story? How have things changed? What do you like/dislike? Is there anything specific that prompted the move? |

Ten years =o
I hope you can speak conversational lingo by now! Though, learning Mandarin seems to always look better on paper than in practice for we "foreigners".
Good luck |

Wow, well done for making the decision. I hope the mental and physical journey to settle back home goes smoothly and that you'll find work easily. I will be coming on 10 years at the end of this year (!!!) and although I've tossed the thought around several times, I think I'll be staying on a little while yet. I'm happiest as I've ever been in my current position, now 2 years. |

How about describing some of the changes you've seen in the country? Many of us would be most curious to hear about how things were. |

Not much in Changes. These schools pay about the same as they have for the past 10 years. Very low, and yet expect you to dump thru hoops and sing a song because your just the hired entertainment section. |
