|
|
Hello,
I'm considering a position with KSU through a company out of UK called Prime Teachers International (https://www.primeteachers.com/).
I was offered a direct-hire position with KSU in 2012, but was unable to go over for that year. This season, I haven't seen any postings at all for their program, until I came across the Prime Teachers listing.
I applied and have received a quick response, but I'm wondering if folks have any info on the company. I did a search here, and didn't come up with anything. The website looks pretty solid. Has anyone worked directly for them?
Thanks! |

Prime Teachers is typical of all the other recruiters; they only recruit and hire for some other entity. You need to find out if either KSU or one of the Kingdom's notorious contractors is the employer and then do your research from there. |

I worked directly for Prime Education in Saudi Arabia, and I can say first hand, they are a top notch organization. Always supported teachers, paid on time, no hidden agenda etc. I'd work for them again in an instant.
However, I believe they form recruiting relationships with the agents in KSA and therefore they mostly are just doing the hiring process (and probably receive a finders fee) then transferring you over to the KSA agent who will issue you your visa. Its the KSA agent in country that you should be doing your homework on. If this is a direct hire with PE, then you won't have any problems. |

It doesn't appear Prime Teachers and Prime Education are the same entity. |

Actually they are. Prime Education is the consulting arm for direct work. Prime teachers is the teaching arm I mentioned regarding the agent relationships in other countries. |

Then the OP is referring to recruitment branch that's working on behalf of a Saudi employer. |
