This is a bit weird, but I need to ask :
(1) Can anyone tell me if e-cigs are readily available in the kingdom...if not, what about chew ?
(2) I know that one can bring darts and a dart board into the kingdom, but what about throwing knives ? (presumably there will be plenty of free time to start up an interesting new hobby...)
(3) Any advice on finding a reliable yet inexpensive mail-forwarding service ? |

Passengers' luggage coming into KSA is often X-rayed. Knives will show up on that. You will be questioned and the knives confiscated. Or maybe not.
You have served 3 years in KSA so you know how things are. Unpredictable ! |

Which airlines are you going to use?
For safety reasons Saudi Arabian Airlines prohibits carrying hazardous materials on its flights such as:
◾Firearms, ammunition, swords, and knives
◾Explosives, incendiary materials, flammable, toxic substances, and compressed gases.

Why bring knives with you?
The Magic Kingdom is full of all makes of knives from curved ones to the 'throwing' ones. |

This is exactly what I had thought when I read OP's post. That and ...what a crazy hobby especially in KSA. Hope you're not a future colleague at my place of work. I'll be watching my back from now on |

Knives are a bit passé. I can tell you where to buy hardly-used AK-47s with ammo. |
