Warning.
This recruiter in running programs in Riyadh and in the Eastern Province.
Their word is not their bond.
I met an American in Bahrain who was enticed by their job offer and promise to arrange his entry via a reputable visa agency in Bahrain. After he arrived in Bahrain these people stopped communicating with him and with the visa agency. After three weeks he left for USA.
I met another person who was in KSA, They offered him a position if he could get igama transferred. His current employer agreed to do this. They flew him across KSA, put him in a slum accommodation, never responded to original employer's request for official request to transfer the igama, former employer had no option but to cancel his igama.
Management are fanatical non-Saudi Muslims.

Very nasty people. When I left the kingdom last week I encountered another western teacher at the airport that these people had worked over. Gave him glowing evaluation, talked about management role, canned him within 90 day limit.

Some teachers there say it's the students that run the program. It's only the bad teachers that count the students late or absent, etc.

Yeah but that kind of hypocrisy is the norm for Saudi Arabia.

This sounds like a place on the terrible side of horrible. Are they recruiter or a contracting/outsourcing company? With so many places understaffed, this can't be any way to maintain, at least, the appearance of competence.

I mean ,are they constantly cycling people in for three months at a time? As I've read there is a special way of doing things in the kingdom, but there has to be some sort of logic to this mess. Has anyone had a chance to observe their action and been able to figure out what it is that they are doing? Or even a theory on how they are operating? Or is everyone of the same idea that they just don't know what their are doing ,so things go sideways?

Any insight would be great.

They only offer business visas. Therefore, you will be staying for 3 months, or 6 months if you're lucky. I met someone who worked for them, and he said they were very dishonest. They promised him an iqama, and failed to keep their promise. Management claims to be Muslim and uses plenty of "Asalamualaykoum" and "inchallah" in their conversation, but they don't carry the Islamic values of honesty and fairness.
