Is it possible to be assigned more than one visa authorization number?
For example, someone accepted an offer and was given an invitation letter with an authorization number. He has not submitted anything to the embassy for processing yet. However, he found out that the employer is extremely dishonest and decided he didn't want to work there.

My question is: Can he accept a job offer with a different company, or is it impossible because there‏ ‏has already been a visa authorization number assigned to his name?
