They're recruiting for King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS). There are some threads from over the past 12 months about KSAU-HS. Scroll down the forum or do a search. |

Is it possible that they would recruit someone without a Master's degree for this position? |

They were working with me without a MA. They called me for an introduction, said they'd call back and we'd do a proper interview, and never heard from them again.
The salary range they offered was quite wide -- 32 to 45 thousand. Even the high end of that seems pretty god-awful for Saudi, which is why I'm not to sad they didn't call back. |

Short answer: yes.
Heed this advice (not particular to job offers from MD Talent, but ALL recruiters): don't be afraid to put your foot down and demand a higher salary. Be polite but firm. You are in a position where you do have a fair amount of bargaining power, bolstered when they are in a hiring frenzy (beginning of the semester). Also, if you do have experience and a Masters, make sure they hire you based on your Masters. If you have a Masters, this is a MUST. |

I know some who went through MD and all went well.
They got good offers. They help with the visa.
No problem and better than most. |
