By 'coping' I was not referring to the holiday part but the associated disruption of classes - if any.
As I've mentioned, the National Day holiday coming up will be more of a challenge. This is especially for newbie FTs, who seem to find the idea that schools are run for students, a baffling concept. |

NS I really thought you were above feeding the trolls.
As it happens I have yet to take a class. Mine will commence on Tuesday but my freshmen (5 of 7 of my classes) will be doing military training until just before golden week. Depending on when we are supposed to be off will decide which weekends I need to have their first lessons.
So no disruption seeing as my uni didn't start until after the mooncake festival and I think possibly most people interpreted your use of "coping" as a tongue in cheek way of referring to three days off rather that what I now find was your intended meaning.
Either way, I don't think who you are responding to deserves that courtesy. |
