You can usually find a music school the same places you find most busi bans. Close to elementary schools are always a good bet. If you want a teacher that speaks English try going through the Community Center in Tien Mue.

This organization provides counseling services and classes for the international community of Taipei. The pastors of some of the international churches also provide counseling
