There's a senator in the Philippines who became so controversial when it was learned that he plagiarized in one of the speeches he gave about reproductive health. And as if it couldn't get worse, his closing speech was a direct Filipino translation of Robert Kennedy's famous speech. It got so controversial that Robert Kennedy's daughter even posted a letter for him demanding an apology. It's so embarrassing.
