Okay, I guess I am just saying that there is plenty of blame to go around for all the fake teachers in China who are bringing heat on all of us. Yeah they are wrong to buy the fake documents and come on the wrong visas, but the recruiters are also wrong for encouraging them to do this. So I think you honest recruiters should be putting the screws to the bad ones to do things by the book or expose them and warn others.
In others words, do we blame the drug users, local drug dealer, or the drug smugglers, or the drug growers for the drug problem?
I honestly don't think 100% of the teachers deliberately break the law. IMO I think half of them do choose the illegal route, but I also think half of them blindly put their trust in recruiters, and if they get a bad one - they're screwed. |

| I meant all legitimate teachers are collectively being made to jump through more hoops at greater expense to work here. I'll be glad when the 5 year visa comes out. |
