It's more important to find out who their client is---the actual employer whose name appears on the employment contract. That means you'll have to apply and interview with the recruiter to get that info. However, I suspect the employer is contracted with the Colleges of Excellence but... |

Seriously, it doesn't matter if he's sitting in an office in Timbuktu. Once you're hired on with whatever Saudi contracting company the recruiter is paid to recruit for, any problems that arise will be between you and that employer, as indicated on your employment contract. |
