You might try doing a Google search or Facebook search for expat groups in Peru. If your main question is about accommodation, the Lonely Planet forums are sometimes helpful as well. |

I'd recommend Expatriates in Peru on FB and Expatperu.com for finding people there. I left five years ago but still have ties. That being said they're getting thinner and thinner. I can recommend places in Piura and Lika. There's also a school in Talara that advertises here on Daves. |
