Which restaurant in Japan sells the most delicious pizza?
I think the snack bar at Costco has to be a contender.
I've tried pizza at Saizeriya and Gusto and while the personal size pizzas were cheap (around 500 yen), they were skimpy on toppings. I'd gladly pay these restaurants more if they'd put a decent amount of toppings on their pizzas. |

I recently went to a place in Osaka called Kuma Cafe. I tried a burger and pizza. Both were exceptionally good. The best I've had in Japan.

I only ever had Pizza-la. Hand tossed crust reminded me slightly of Papa Johns, but then again I was pizza starved. |

Costco. It is a decent pizza, which means really good here. The price is pretty reasonable too. Which makes it an amazing deal here |

Pizza Hut isn't bad, but it costs an arm and a leg!
Wish I had a Costco nearby! Back in the US, their hot dog + soda seemed like a great value.
Pizza was darn good for the price, too! |

Costco, for sure. Only pizza I've had in Japan with decent marinara sauce. And sooooooo much bigger and cheaper than Pizza-La! |

Rocco's NY Pizza in Oji is pretty good, not 100% but probably the best you'll get in the country. |

For where I am, the only "good pizza" is Pizza Hut in Yamagata city, but to me it's....so-so.
I've yet to have really good pizza here. I'm sure if I were in Tokyo, I could find some pizza I consider good or maybe American style as far as toppings go.
Wish I could go to Costco. |

I will now demonstrate my age: I always liked Shakey's all-you-can-eat Y1000 lunch deals. And there is (well, was) a place about 20 minutes north of Morioka that does (well, did) fantastic pizza. Real pizza too - the owner spent 5 years in Italy learning how. |

Carmine Pizzeria is the best pizza I've had in Japan. They do a lunch set for about 1200 yen. http://www.carmine.jp/ Can't beat that. |

People always keep recommending Devil Craft but the one time I went there I was really disappointed. I'm not trying to sound like a snob, but I've been to Chicago and had the pizza there and Devil Craft is a poor imitation. The dough also tasted like it had just come out of the freezer, not fresh at all. Beer selection is ace, though. |
