I was a teacher in Bangkok years ago. I am returning for a visit and I'd like to return to a great EFL bookshop. I think it was called DK and it was near railroad tracks in the heart of the city.
I have two questions. First, is it still there? Second, how do I get there via the Skytrain? Thank you kindly.

I would think all the second hand book shops in Chiang Mai might have some EFL books. I'm not too sure though, their clientele tends to be more of the type that wants to read about the evils of the American empire and maybe quotes from the Chairman. Laughing

Yes, it's (or was) called DK Books, which is short for Duang Kamol. Not sure if it's still in that location as I haven't been to Bangkok for 5 years.

Apparently, they changed the name to DK Today.

Try these links:

Good luck!
