I'm trying to have more success with private teaching, making my services more accessable and attractive. I live in Asia so having an online precense might really help.

I've bought a domain name so I have a nice professional email address (rather than just Gmail.com), and Im also thinking about making a small web page - for any potential students to view my experience, what I offer, contact details, Etc.

I've seen a few web hosts which help you make really nice portfolios.. squarespace.com looks fantastic.

I was just wondering who has an online portfolio/resume/etc, and if it actually helped you? I'm also wondering how much information to include... about my experience and qualifications. It would just be for students, perhaps avoid too much detail?

It's my first time trying this. I'd love to hear about anyone else's experiences.
