Hi
I am currently trying to get a teaching job in China. But.. I am a non native without a degree so it is probably going to be difficult getting the z-visa. Lets just imagine that I succeed in getting the visa - will it then be 100 % legal for me to work in China keeping in mind that I'm not, by law, qualified for a z-visa?
Best regards |

I would say that it would be legal for you to work in China under a z-visa if, being honest about your qualifications and passport, the school was still able to get a z-visa invitation for you. The standards they want and what they can get for less than popular locations may vary. On the other hand, if the school asks you to lie, or lies on your behalf on a visa application or on supporting processes, obviously you wouldn't be 100% legal, and could even find yourself in a lot of trouble.
Your school's relationship with the government will have nothing to do with your status, should it hit the fan. Good luck in your search. |

If he's handsome, he'll do just fine. Probably will get more job offers than he'll know what to do with. |
