Hi, does anyone know what happened to this school in Riyahd? Is it still operating? shut down? I was in contact with an American teacher there, he then just sent me a Skype message telling me that he no longer was working at this school and that he couldnt help me get hired there anymore. Just curious if anybody knows what happened to this school.

I would return his Skype message and ask him. He is the one with the up-to-date experience there.

Yes, his name was Gary, from USA. Was he in contact with you too? Do you know what happened to this school? Why he left? He was there i think 4-5 years. New management?

I have no clue as to what happened to him. I am currently in Saudi though and tried to get a hold of him but with no luck. He hasn't responded to me on Skype as well. My wife and I were supposed to join this school last September but due to the the school not having enough visa's, we decided to choose another company. Gary was the guy that helped us land the job there though and I have been trying to get a hold of him. I wanted to know about the school and ask for opportunities for next year. Are you in Saudi or are you still looking for something?

I work there. I can confirm that Gary/Yusuf is no longer with the school.

I would add that it is still running. The school recently got accreditation with an American body, and from next year will have classes from Gr.2 to Gr.11 in the boys section, and from KG to Gr.11 in the girls.

It is what it is.

Thanks for the update BigDurian, it is appreciated for those of us who were in contact with Gary last year and in talks of working there this coming school year, 2015-2016. Best of luck finishing the rest of this school year.
