Why would you go to China to get a Master Degree in anything? The world hardy accepts it. Why?

Thanks for your reply .Well two things. I can't really say I agree with you about international recognition. It is not really about where you get it, but what you get it in. If you are studying a China centric topic, then where else would be better? Anyway, I am not a young thing and I just want to get this MA. I let myself be too busy to finish and it not happen again.

You said you want an MA in 'history.' Do you mean Chinese history? General 'history' is not China centric.

If you want to work outside China, a Chinese degree won't help you much, regardless of what it is in.

Ditto the other posters' comments. Do you plan to actually use this degree to qualify for jobs? Or is it simply because you want to get an MA in whatever only because the subject interests you? Or that you want to feel the accomplishment of getting a graduate degree? Confused

Too broad brush.
Chinese medical degrees are now taught in English and are WHO-compatible.

The people in China who get the best jobs either come from wealth/inherited the position or studied in an overseas university. If you want to study at a Chinese university you're best off just studying Chinese there to get that "university" feeling. I'm sorry, but I studied immigration in university and almost universally coming from the "developed" countries, the Chinese degree is somewhat useless. It won't be accredited. You see loads of taxi drivers in Toronto with licence plates saying "I have a PHD, and this is the best I can do?". Save your money or study Chinese.

Considering how bad people are about checking people's educational background, you might be able to pull something off. Plenty of professors in America with fake degrees so why not Chinese ones?

Might not matter for immigration but doesn't sound like the OP is seeking to migrate somewhere.

A lot of Chinese students worry about seeking advanced degrees in China though...basically if you're a good student/researcher your "mentor" will make it as hard for you to graduate as possible so they can exploit you as long as they can. I don't know if it's the same for foreign students.

Maybe the guy who created the tags/bumper sticker had a PHD and he is referring to himself.
