				| Last I checked Baku is not part of Russia...the USSR dissolved eons ago. 
 Doubt too many people in the Russian forum have any interest going there.  You might be better off doing a Google search on present conditions.

 This forum is for Russia & C.I.S., which Azerbaijan is a part of.
 
 Would love to keep hearing stories from more C.I.S. countries here. A major perk of working in Russia is the linguistic and cultural bridge you gain to a diverse selection of countries, would be a big waste of an opportunity to skip at least visiting any of these while in the neighborhood!

 PS - What are the odds of getting an Azerbaijan work visa if one has an Armenian tourist visa in one's passport (not me, no)?
