|
|
I have been working at the same school in Henan province since entering China 2 years ago. When I arrived a criminal record check was not required and when it has also not been required when I have renewed the resident permit.
I am now considering going to another school within the same city and am wondering if the PSB will now require the check. Does anyone have experience with this? |

Ask your own PSB or FAO - they will tell you what THAT LOCAL STATION requires.
My locale required only a written statement from the foreign expert that they do not have a criminal record; and signed.
It only matters what YOUR district requires, not what happens in Henan or any other province. |

Hi,
I'm moving to Henan province next year (from Jiangsu), and all they required to process my new FEC was a signed declaration. |

OP, feel free to regard any comment made by it as just background noise. That is what most of us do. |
