| Rockies is always advertising. I wonder why? |
Some websites sell ad space for varying periods of time. Our school has a lifetime ad (which is cheaper in the long run) on one popular ESL website so you'll see an ad for this school whether or not they're hiring. The point being that a school constantly advertising isn't necessarily a bad sign (which is what I think was implied). |
Yes you're right I'm always suspicious of Training Centres. But good follow up explanation on your part. |

| Alot of them are revolving doors because the bar is low and the expectations are high, it creates a recipe for disaster, they're great if you're in a hole and need a job quick, but... they are always trying to pull a fast one on you if you aren't careful and check every nook and cranny on your contract. Never worked at one that hasn't broken the contract at least a few times. I think if I were to work at one again it would have to be high paying exclusively with IELTs and TOEFL students. Half the job is teaching, the other half is getting paid on time/dealing with retarded PAs and of course the parents. |
