There's no common application form that employers use, if they use them at all. As for salary, it's doubtful you'll be asked what your pay expectations are since many of the ads indicate a salary range (http://www.eslcafe.com/joblist/). |
Well, I would say that there is a common online application form (especially for the direct hire jobs like KFPM) and that they do often ask for a salary range. I have filled out a number of applications in the last few months and they were all quite similar - you had to list quals, experience, degrees, and so on. There was also a box where you wrote down your previous salary and then wrote what you would like to make... |
