I was offered a position with Beijing Chaoyang District Vocational Education & Industry Cooperation Center. I was unable to find any details or teacher reviews from the school.
So I was wondering if anyone has taught here and/or if they have spoken with them and were potentially going to teach there.

It would be my first time going to teach in China and I am leaning towards going with them, not only because of the the offer but it also works with my timeline.

Thanks in advance for the help and potential details!

Not specific to BJ but any group appointment may involve multiple campuses and unpaid commute time between classes.
Pay to check.

I found this job a bit harder than the last job I did in Beijing. Last time I had a long commute. I got 8000 yuan per month, and a free apartment. I worked 4 days per week.

This time, with the organization you mentioned, I did not get a free apartment. Yes, the salary was higher, but it did not fully compensate. Let me explain. Chaoyang district gave me one day to find an apartment. On moving in, I had to pay up 4 months rent. Two months later I had to pay another 3 months' rent, for an apartment shared with Chinese people. The rent per month would be 2300 yuan. But it is not paid on a monthly basis. Paying up the rent ate up my savings from last year. I have savings now but I have just a little bit more than what I lost.
