Where do you go when your school makes a breach. I work for a company who did not pay a full month. They told me the school informed them I worked half the month. They can pay me the rest next month because taxes are too high so I want to take this time to leave the contract because I don't need to wait a full month for the remainder of my pay. I called the Foreign Affairs Office and they said they don't deal with it and don't know who does.

Your best bet is to go to your City FAO. It actually IS their business to see that you are treated fairly.
