Has anyone heard of "A&D Language Learning Centre"? It's a school in Tsueng Kwun O.

They offered me a job.

Met them twice before they opened. We chatted negociated, agreed the rates shook hands.

I was to be thier centre manager. I wanted to know wht thie projections were. Well seems they thought since thier operating cost would be X amount, their projected income must be Y.

Anyway I expalined tht they would have t inject capital for the first 3 to 6 months of operation.

When waiting for the contract to sign, delays, more delays, then finally some honesty. They said, "We can't afford you."

The two owners semed nice enough, but not great in the business department. Thy appear to have quite a turn over of teachers, judging by thier adverts.

Thanks for the info. I met up with them last week. The owners were nice, but I guess the school wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
