Scam.com just published their ads offering jobs all around China claiming "No Degree Required" and "F visa provided". But SAFEA insists that both bachelor degrees and Z visas are absolutely a legal requirement to teach in China. So does TEFL Panda know something we don't?

I wouldn't say their are "scammers", but just your typical recruiter that is looking for it's cut and wants you to come to china any way possible. I have worked with them before and let them know that either they were helping me get a Z visa the legal way or I wasn't going to take the job. It all comes down to the school and if their willing to do the paper work and be patient for the paper work. TEFL panda can help you find a job, but don't come to China for work on anything but a Z-visa. Trust me you are setting yourself for a big headache if you don't and hope immigration doesn't come knocking at the school.

So it sounds like they will act ethically, if you stand your ground and keep on eye on them continuously. But why would anybody want to deal with such people?
