Be advised regarding a shadow employer operating in China called Nova Scotia Sino-Canadian Schools. They're under investigation for fraud and abuse. They contact teachers with offers of high salary however if you are NOT from the Canadian school system and specifically Nova Scotia you will be "temp" hired to cover a teaching position until a teacher from Canada can be found. This has happened three times in the last two school years in Hebei Province. One teacher was hired and thirty days later was fired and others were told the person was "crazy". Another was hired and fired for not being "white enough". Recently a teacher was hired but while computers and help were being offered to all of the other foreign teachers this person was being singled out for ostracization by the foreign and school staff. The legal documents of this teacher were never handled by the school or the employer and technically could be considered working illegally. The "principal" of the foreign staff has a violent temper with fits of rage for simple issues such as document handling and small requests. We advise against entering in any legal agreements with this organization as it may cause damage with the Chinese government and loss of monies.

Under investigation? That's pretty vague. Sounds like more STFU scare-mongering.

This is funny. I have never heard of a Canadian educator who will only embrace other Canadian teachers. I mean they do get rather arrogant when boasting amongst themselves about their Molsons beer and Tim Horton doughnuts, but still...

Since this poster has had a burning hatred for this hoser for quite a while, judging by past posts, I think he/she should just kill this canuck once and for all. As there is no extradition treaty between China and Canada, just quickly flee the country after lacing his poutine with cyanide.
