Your degree from Liberty may not be granted a high degree of respect here; online degrees can be viewed with some suspicion. |
Liberty University is a highly respected private university. It is not on online school, although it does have one of the mobest distance learning programs atop its traditional university experience.
It is in fact the largest Christian university in the world. It is around $400 to $600 per credit hour. It is regionally accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. This is the same accrediting body through which University of Florida, Virginia Tech, and Duke are accredited through.
If a country doesn't accept Liberty then it won't accept Harvard or Yale either which are accredited through the same level of accreditation. Liberty University is respected in every country as a legitimate college. That isn't even a question. It is as respected or more respected than any US public or private university. |

I'm familiar with the institution. Well aware of its founder and sponsors also. And I know quite a lot about the European job market. It's obviously your prerogative to accept or reject informed news regarding how the degree will likely be viewed by many employers.

Respect and accreditation are not the same. How do you know it's accredited outside the USA?

Respected by who? Forbes ranks it 639 out of 650 rated colleges.

Well, at least we can be sure that the ME is off the list now. |

It's an attractor for evangelicals, believe it or not. About 1 of 20 teachers I knew had a devout faith, but no two were alike in their notion of what was being "tested". |

I met quite a few Bible-thumpers out in the Gulf. There were some worrying characters among them. |

I'm a Catholic and enjoyed the ME, but my degree was from a very secular university! Not sure how they would view a degree from Liberty. It's not Yeshiva, at least! |

The OP has not travelled outside the US and has not visited France. Maybe he won't like it ? |

Public life in France is decidedly and legally secular. Not quite the same mentality that flies in much of the US. Employers may fear that this job candidate will promote a theology. If he could even find a job as a minimally qualified non-EU member citizen, that is. And he probably won't like France, frankly.

I think that in the short term, it will be purdent for me to finish my degree here in the US and then re-evaluate my situation, and begin applying for jobs in europe and france which use my degree. I could also, while there, consider attaining a CELTA on the side and do some teaching on the side, if that's what I want to do. |
What work experience will you have once you graduate? In other words, in addition to your education, what professional skills and abilities can you offer an employer in France or Europe, in general? |

The OP is likely not factoring in that there are lots and lots and lots of French university graduates with business degrees, and who have both French and English language skills - not to mention that they can legally work in France without any hassles whatsoever for an employer.
Unfortunately, this sort of thing is all-too-often news to newbies. |

As I said it is the same level of accreditation as Harvard or Yale or any other major college. Why are you even asking when you could have googled and found for yourself? I won't bother answering about this again with garbage questions like "how do you know another country won't accept a degree from Harvard or MIT?" or other similarly stupid questions.

So... I'm still waiting for your response to the following questions:
1. Have you ever traveled or lived outside the US? If so, where did you go and for how long?
2. How much money do you need to sock aside each month to pay down your student loans? |
As I already said before I haven't been to other countries. I don't know what it means to "sock aside" anything. Typo perhaps? $0 aside to pay down my student loans. Don't use that as a factor. |
