I've decided to work in Shenzhen in the near future.

The only recruiting agency I'm currently using is Golden Staffing.

Since finding work in China is a so-called "Teacher's market" I expect a decent housing allowance and my flight expenses paid.

Does anyone have any suggestions for other recruiting companies/ideas for finding the best possible offer?

Not sure about China being a 'teachers market'. If it it, no one seems to have told a lot of Chinese schools about it. Anyway, to answer your post more constructively, I would suggest finding a few of the Shenzhen expat websites and looking and posting on them. There's http://deltabridges.com/ for a start, and I'm sure there's others. That way you might get some direct contact with employers, and also be able to find out about possible jobs.

Most jobs pay airfare, or at least a yearly bonus towards it as far as I know, and also either housing provided or an allowance.

The usual unprofessional and liars. Don't bother everyone they recruit now is from the Uk without a degree ect. Pay is not competitive and you don't know what you will get when you arrive.
