				| In the States (and depending upon the state), contingent upon the exact misdemeanor and the length of time that has passed, they tend to age off the record. This has been asked many times on this board, but nobody has ever reported back. 
 This is a good time to ask the folks who have gone through the CBC.

				| True, but that's only for state checks. I already ran my own state bc, and this was a class c 8 years ago so it's gone. I'm worried about the FBI check. |  |

				| Yeah, I know. The question is, do you have to do an FBI check? I haven't gotten a definitive answer on whether most/all/some schools require it. |  |
