By chance, does anyone reading this have any experience with an organization called China Shenzhen International Personnel Training Center? That bunch of words are common enough that I had a hard time searching the post history for them.
They apparently have locations in Luohu and Futian districts. |

I worked for them for a year and 3 months. I will say the first 3 months were great because the city was new. The company was never great but became worst. The issue is they have about 120 teachers but everyone has a different deal.
I knew a girl that worked 2 days a week and taught 3 classes each day. Of course here opinion will be different than someone else. Another guy was at a kindergarten taught 2 classes a day and could go home. The company is bad because they give you a name some directions you go to the school and that is it.
Should you have any problems and call them they will not assist you. They listen to anything the schools says and are working for them. At the end of the term you are more than likely moved because they shift you rather than talk to you about any problems.
Ray who is the Hr manager is a compulsive liar. His job is to say anything to get you in and then once there he is useless. Bill places you at jobs but he just gives a name does not know the schedule or anything else.
The housing changes from person to person. My friend had 7 roommates but then I had a single apt. Most housing in the city is sub par. A normal Safea contract will state the mandatory items you must have and theirs says nothing. They provided me with an apt with nothing in it but furniture which is not common. Then 4 months later after paying internet for a year I was moved and could not take my items with me because the new apt had everything I needed.
All the teachers are British and many of them do not have real degrees just copies. Salary is very low for Shenzhen and they cannot provide part time jobs like they told us. I would recommend you leave them alone. |
