Getting a slow [as in none yet] response from the consul section of the Chinese embassy in my current location, so I'll pitch the question here...what documents are needed for the process of authenticating a diploma/ degree certificate-for example are transcripts also needed? Any information regarding how long it takes? Or how much it costs?
