				| I hope someone can help me. Is it better to say: It's been six months since I've eaten pizza OR It's been six months since I ate pizza? Or are both correct? Thanks a lot!

The present perfect (have + past participle verb form) in the first example is common in British English but isn't used that much in American English (the second example).
