Hi,
I would like to know if anyone has any experience starting or being involved in a grassroots environmental organization, or something larger, like 350.org/FOE/Greenpeace. I am considering trying to start one here in Shikoku, but not sure if there would be interest. I have contacted the main offices of Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth, both based in Tokyo, but cannot seem to find any other information.

| The Peace Boat has been going for a number of years.. Maybe network with such people and see what is happening on the ground? |
