Really, the CoEs have been formed precisely because of the oil crisis and any future oil related problems. The country as a whole wants to become less reliant on oil. The national 2030 program includes investment in education in order to get more Saudis in the workplace. The students are training to be engineers, bank clerks or hotel staff, etc.
Most of these institutes are very new and were formed in the last three years from scratch. Whether things will improve only time will tell.. |

The late JS?? I wouldn't mention him if I were you. The topic here is CoEs. Students look at this site too. They'll google a few more JS adjectives. If they spot you, the writing's on the wall for the whole college. Please stay on topic. |

I believe the writing was on several walls although I only saw it in the English Department toilets. |
