This is not directly related to my most recent post,so here it is.
I was being interviewed by a fellow Canadian (who is my age! Wow! I thought we'd been expunged from ESL employment in China.) and he was telling me that he was hiring for 2 schools,and with the state of complication for becoming an ESL teacher he was short 5 teachers....so,my question:
Is it so convoluted getting FTs into ESL positions now, that there is a shortage, or is this just an outlier this guy's experiencing?
