Back to the health question.
My exp is that if your medical (I assume both home and in-country) states a pre existing condition then PICC cover will exclude treatment. |

*The definition of COPD is an FEV1/FVC of less than 0.7 with an FEV1 of less than 80% of predicted. Quite simply:
FEV1: How much air you exhale in 1 second
FVC: How much air you exhale with a complete exhalation
They don't do spirometry for visa medicals... at least, it's not routine. Maybe you will give them a reason to do it haha.
There are x-ray manifestations of COPD but your COPD would have to be pretty bad. If a doctor suspects you have COPD, he MAY order a chest X-ray but the purpose won't be for diagnosis.
Also, COPD is not infectious.
