Does anyone have any experience with P'titCREF in Kiev?
The salary seems normal (30,000 Hyrvnia/1170 USD)?
I'm a bit worried about the legitimacy of visa offers (in general) after browsing this forum.
Any input appreciated.

Also I know that some people on this forum consider this question offensive and it has been answered in the past, but I would appreciate an update on what conditions in Kiev are like now. Especially after I read this: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/alertswarnings/ukraine-travel-warning.html
Thanks! |

You should be able to research the socio-political situation in the region on your own. Definitely factor in the changing US administration. That said, if you're on the fence about going, then don't go. Look for jobs elsewhere.
Whenever deciding to work/live in a politically-unstable country, make sure you have enough funds set aside for emergencies, including ground transportation and airfare to leave on a moment's notice if/when things suddenly go sour. Do not rely on the US Embassy to evacuate you; it's not their job, which is why they put out warnings. |

Is that salary with an apartment included, or do you have to pay for your own accommodation? |
