Hello all.

I will be in the UAE when TESOL Arabia 2017 happens this spring, and I'll be in the USA when the TESOL 2017 conference happens there. I would like to attend one or both.

Has anyone been to either of these?

Is this something where I should try to attend every day? Or will I get as much benefit from attending for one day? It's a little pricey to register, but I am very interested in job searching there. I'm also interested in attending some discussions and training sessions. I would have to take time off from work for one and travel early for another, so I am gauging how much time I should plan for these. Will the same recruiters be there every day, or is it possible I might miss some good job opportunities by only attending one day?

I've attended both. Recruiters generally attend for the entire event. However, you will need to check the websites for each conference for info about registering and attending the job fair as well as how to apply for positions. Job openings usually start trickling in the next couple of months; that will tell you who's recruiting.
