Hi, is there a software that can customize an employee training program? I need a system that tracks employee profiles and schedules training events, something like a database. With the company’s growing number of employees, it is really difficult for us to input/ update every detail manually. If you have any recommendations, please let me know by commenting below. Thanks! |

SAP does it just fine. As an ERP tool it might be a bit of overkill for a smaller company. The data goes in once and get updated as required but once it is in there, it is in there. No need for multiple inputs of the same data.
Oracle will also do nicely and can be scaled down for medium sized enterprises.
If you are still talking about a small enterprise (fewer than 200 employees) then any old SQL database will be a cheap out for you.
If you need "free" then things like Qbrid, MariaDB or MySQL can be configured to work for you.

I have found an employee training tracking software but I'll get to know about your suggestions too. Anyway, thank you for the tips |
