| I have been offered 1120KD monthly plus furnished single housing, medical, annual plane tickets.....is this what expat teachers are offered in Kuwait these days ? |

I would say not a bad offer for EFL teaching. However if it's at an international school you might be worth more.
Sure others will wade in asking about your qualifications etc. |

Unless you have a doctorate or the offer is for teaching a degree course (as opposed to giving foundation or language school classes), TAKE IT! |
