35 contact hours? Really? Is this the norm in Malaysia?

As long as you are working on weekends, 35 is too much.

Red Flag #1 - sign a two year contract. Never, never, never for a new job.

Red Flag #2 - 35 contact hours? I've never seen a job with that kind of requirement.

Red Flag #3 - No mention of salary, vacation, flight reimbursement.

Forget them. Check out China. Lots more job opportunities and good salaries for reasonable work.

I applied to Morrie Allen some years back. They didn't hire me, but it looked liked a quite good job.

Actually, 2 year contracts and unspecified salary strike me as good signs that the employer is offerening a good position, up the ladder from a basic language academy. The salary will, I believe, be at least 12k, which will afford you a car and a classy condo. I'd wager a flight is included.
