Is there anyone who wants to refute that Saudi universities have no knowledge of unqualified inexperienced native speakers or passport holders teaching in Foundation years Programs?

Do you think Saudi universities do not look at/see the profiles of those applicants/employees and related information on their passports, names, age, family status, educational background, visa status (business or visit visa by agent companies or government visit visa from Saudi universities) etc etc ?

Universities as any employer in Saudi Arabia do have all info of skilled /unskilled foreign employees in their employee system, even if they are hired through agents under business/visit visa. This is how universities claim the budget from government that they hire this many foreign teachers to teach and pay housing, healthcare, visa fees, hiring fees to agents, air tickets, etc etc.
Meaning, if a foreigner signed the contract with the agent company or the university before arrival and entered the kingdom under visit or business visa, that would be the pure knowledge of the university and it is legal.
"Legally working and holding a resident card" doesn't mean one can go to labour authority to claim the unpaid salaries or compensation, because if you did so, the employer would not renew your visa or your residence card, nor allow your transfer to a new employer and your salaries would be stopped, and you would probably be evicted from your housing, your bank account, your medical insurance and phone connection would be blocked, etc etc, .
As a result, you would either end up overstaying the visa, and paying the fines/fees, or being deported/forced to exit the country without your salaries.
So, enter at your own risk, even under visit/business visa, because it is 100% legal to work and its the employer's choice to offer this visa even to skilled experienced TEFLers.
The average lifespan of TEFLers in the kingdom is from 6 months to less than 2 years, because according to Saudi law, the third time renewal of your resident card means you have become a permanent resident of the kingdom ( green card holder)
If someone wants to say "I was there for 12 years then another 18 years", I would say " good for you, you lost your Saudi green card".
